Hyundai Accent Eco LPG released

Hyundai released an LPG variant of its popular sedan model - accent.
Named as Accent Eco can run on petrol as well as LPG and comes with a
two year manufacturer warranty from Hyundai. Hyundai mentioned that
sufficient design factors are considered to design the LP fuel tank and
says it has a special toroidal design and does not eat up the luggage room.

LPG versions are preferred by a segment of car users due to their
economy over the petrol variants. Getting a fuel conversion done is
troublesome for a customer on their new vehicle with just petrol version
due to warranty limitations and lack of availability of trusted
conversion kits. Such a move from Hyundai can certainly attract buyers
to opt for LPG versions for superior economy, with built in LPG system.

Accent LPG Eco is stated to price around 5.3 Lakhs - Ex Showroom in
Delhi while you may get the petrol only model for around 5 Lakhs (Delhi,
Ex Showroom)

Maruti Swift DZire (Dezire) - The new Sedan car from Maruti

I saw few Maruti Swift DZires (Dezire) on Bangalore roads recently after I read few days back about this new sedan car release from Maruti. Well it could be that Maruti want to extend into its recent most popular car 'Swift' into the sedan section too. I liked SX4 but it failed to capture the market share in sedan division. Swift you already know is a very popular among hatchback cars used by many.

Following are few snaps of maruti Swift DZire. With the arrival of Dezire, you will have to say good-bye to our old Esteem as I heard that Maruti will be discontinuing with Esteem..

Dezire will be priced around 5.5 lakhs, is expected to compete with new versions of Tata Indigo

Tata's One Lakh (2500$) Car Launched

10th Jan 2008 Tata Unveiled its People's car model, Tata Nano

This is what the car look like..

Tata nano is powered by a 33BHP 624 cc petrol engine (No wonder why its cheaper than Maruti 800)

I personally dont like tata for its products, whether its mobile services, broadband, trucks.. So I do hate nano too..

If you have money, go for at least Maruti 800.. Not this car which looks like an autorickshaw..

My piece of advice..
